Canon confirms a future firmware update enhancing the availability of 24p movie recording for EOS RP and EOS 90D

  Canon has made firmware updates that enable both 4K and Full HD 24p (23.98fps) video recording on the EOS 90D and EOS RP available.

These two cameras are the first to be given the update in an oncoming range which Canon plans to add this functionality too.
