Seamless integration with Burano
Just like the whole Irix Cine line, the 65mm T1.5 is available in Sony E and PL mounts, so is fully compatible with the new Sony Burano which offers both as standard.
Seamless integration with the 8K Sony camera promises optimal performance and ease of use. It can also fit Canon EF, Canon RF, Fujifilm X, Leica L, Micro Four Thirds and Nikon Z mounts.
The 65mm lens offers outstanding image quality thanks to a perfectly refined optical system which provides shots with low levels of distortion and aberration.
The internal focusing system guarantees incredible sharpness and an 11-bladed iris gives beautiful bokeh and smooth adjustment between T1.5 and T16. With low focus breathing and close to a human field of view, the 65mm Cine is perfect for filming natural-looking scenes.

With an aluminium and magnesium alloy construction, it weighs just 1.2-1.4kg depending on the mount. The external front diameter of 95mm is ideal for accessories and there is an 86mm filter thread.
Also featured is the innovative Magnetic Mount System (MMS), which allows rapid and easy use of accessories such as Irix Edge MMS Vari ND filters and the MMS Lens Hood.
Weather-sealed construction
The rugged and durable build of the Irix 65mm T1.5 Cine guarantees you can keep on working whatever the weather, as it is resistant to rain, sand and dust.
Engraved markings on the lens have UV-reactive paint, so filming in difficult lighting conditions becomes much easier.
An innovative adaptive ring has been designed to make sure the lens housing remains sleek and secure whenever it is operated manually, but without any compromises if you want to use your favourite cine gearing.
Ultra HD 8K ready
The Irix Cine line is built for Ultra HD 8K and includes an 11mm T4.3, 15mm T2.6, as well as T1.5 lenses in 21, 30, 45 and 65mm. Also find a pair of 150mm T3.0 optics in standard telephoto or 1:1 Macro.
